- When rent is due
- Rent is billed monthly and is due on the 1st of each month.
- If you cannot get in
- The gate is open: Every day, 6:00am – 10:00pm. Outside those hours, or if the keypad will not take your code, call (803) 257-9811.
- There is a voicemail, and calls are returned on the next business day.
