What you are renting

What a unit here is

The things worth knowing before you drive out.

  • Every unit is drive up

    You park at your own door and unload straight into it. We rent drive up units only.

  • Your own door

    Individual roll down doors on every unit.

  • The floor, and the step at the door

    Concrete slab, with about a one inch lip up from the street.

  • No climate control

    None of the units here are climate controlled. If you are storing anything that minds heat or damp, such as a piano, artwork or papers you need to keep, that is worth knowing before you load a truck.

  • Nothing is sold on site

    No supplies of any kind are sold at the facility.

  • Bring your own lock

    Tenants provide their own lock. Nobody else holds a key to your unit.

How the billing works
Rent is billed monthly, due on the 1st of each month. When you are ready to move out, we ask for 7 days’ notice before the next billing date
Insurance
Insurance is not required. A discounted policy is available, and the options and prices are shown at the time you rent. Declining it requires a signed liability release waiver.

Nothing is added at the end.
