Questions people ask before they rent

If a question is not here, call us. We do not guess at answers we do not have.

7 days’ notice before the next billing date.

Tell us on (803) 257-9811. A call or a text reaches us.

Insurance

Do I have to buy insurance?

Insurance is not required. A discounted policy is available, and the options and prices are shown at the time you rent. Declining it requires a signed liability release waiver.

The policy is a third party’s. My Storage does not insure the things you put in your unit; the rental agreement you sign says so directly.

Rules

Is there anything I cannot store?

Nothing beyond the standard lease list.

The list is in the rental agreement you sign. Read it before you sign it: it is the document that governs your unit.
